Discovery call
Thirty minutes, free, no commitment. You tell us what you want to build and the constraints around it. If we are not the right people for it, we say so on the call.

Technical direction
Architecture, stack selection and a build plan your team can work to, with wireframing where the product needs it. You get the reasoning behind each decision, so it can be carried forward without us.

A fixed scope, agreed up front
What is being built, what is not, and what done looks like. Agreed in writing before any code is written, so there are no surprises in either direction.

The build
Reviewed changes, automated tests, and something you can look at as it goes. You are never waiting until the end to find out where it got to.

Engineering standards, documentation and the knowledge your team needs to keep extending it. A build you cannot maintain is a liability, so this is the part we do not rush.

Common questions
Can you build the whole thing, or just lead it?
Either. Some clients want us hands-on building the foundation and core features; others have a capable team and need senior direction and architecture. We scope the engagement to what you actually need rather than defaulting to the biggest version.
What stack do you build on?
Next.js, Node, and TypeScript are our default for web applications because they scale well and hire well, but the stack follows the problem, not the other way round. We select it deliberately and explain the trade-offs so you understand what you are committing to.
Will my team be able to maintain it after you leave?
That is the point. We establish engineering standards, keep the architecture understandable, and hand over documentation and knowledge so your team can extend the work for years. A build your team cannot maintain costs you more every year you keep it.
Can you handle the design as well?
The interaction design, usually yes. Every screen gets wireframed before the database is designed, including the ones that normally turn up halfway through a build: an empty list, an error state, a half-finished form. Agreeing those first is a great deal cheaper than discovering them later, and knowing to ask about them comes from over two decades of building interfaces. Brand and visual identity are a different discipline, so we can bring in a designer from our network.
Can you bring in other specialists?
Yes. We own the engagement end to end and bring in design, backend, or infrastructure specialists from our network when the work demands it, so you get the right expertise without managing multiple suppliers yourself.
